Epistles to Timothy Part VIII – We Need Each Other

Sunday July 30th 2017 – Pastor continues the Timothy series and transitions to Timothy 2 to cover Chapter 4 : 6-18. From these verses the Pastor instructs us on how our faith will ensure we finish the race set before us. In this reading, we are found languishing in prison with Paul as others have deserted and betrayed him. Just as Paul has a personal request for Timothy’s company, we too need others to help us in times of tribulation. The verses end with Paul drawing strength from Jesus, knowing He will rescue him from evil.
